Called to Pray: Day 26

Reading … and also for me, that words may be given to me in opening my mouth boldly to proclaim the mystery of the gospel, for which I am an ambassador in chains, that I may declare it boldly, as I ought to speak. -Ephesians 6:19-20

Prayer Lord, give me the strength and the courage to proclaim the mercy of Christ on the cross. Paul was persecuted and in prison and yet spoke of the Lord without reservation. May I daily seek to reach those who do not know You. Open my eyes to those who need to hear of Your love, mercy and grace. Give me the words to say and lead me as I live out my life as an ambassador for You.
