One Hour Prayer

A few years ago, I stumbled across a challenge in scripture, and that scripture is from Matthew 26, verse 40, and this is in the Garden of Gethsemane, where Jesus has been praying, and he comes up to his disciples and finds them asleep, and he says, could you not wait with me one hour? And I was challenged by this scripture. Now, I don't spend an hour every day in prayer. Throughout the day, I pray continually, but I don't set aside an hour every single day. However, my life completely changed when I started setting aside one hour at least one time throughout the week where I would sit in God's presence and seek him face to face. You know that phrase, presence to presence, for just one hour. So I challenge you this week, spend one hour. Could you not wait for God for one hour?
