Pray Without Ceasing

In thinking about what it means to pray without ceasing, this comes to mind. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him and He will direct your path. What does it mean to acknowledge Him? Well, by definition, acknowledge means to admit the existence and truth of something or to recognize the presence of someone. So, simply put, praying without ceasing is acknowledging Jesus and the truth of his existence in an ongoing conversation with him throughout your day as situations arise or decisions need to be made, as someone's name is laid upon your heart, or you see something of beauty that you want to enjoy him in. Then, as you acknowledge him in conversation throughout your day, as you pray without ceasing, he will direct your path.
