“I need prayer”

“of Jesus' praying, we never see him say these exact words again. Jesus prays many kinds of prayers in fact when we look at the whole bible out of 66 books there are 650 prayers recorded and every one of them are different there's prayers of gratitude prayers of worship prayers of confession and petition of sorrow of deliverance prayers of frustration and prayers of protection and provision and so this isn't the only prayer it's not something that we're to”

“look at today was his prayer. So what do we know about prayer? Well, prayer is the platform of both our private and public praise and worship. Prayer is the lifeline of our sustained daily communion with God. Prayer is the place of intercession for the needs and care of others. prayer is the practice that teaches us dependence on God. We see Jesus show sweat equity in prayer, persistence in prayer. We live in a culture that I mean we just have so many wonderful conveniences, don't we? I mean like Amazon buy now. Thank you. “There's reflective prayers where we're just abiding with the Lord and thinking about what He's done. There's contemplative prayer where we're sitting and listening, waiting for His voice. There's prayers of lament where we grieve. There's prayers of joy and celebration. All of those prayers are called for and appropriate as we pray. He mentions intercessions. This refers to the request that we make on the behalf of others.”

“to beg him to teach them to pray. And so my question is, how's your prayer life? Is prayer a priority of your life like it was in Jesus'? Remember, Jesus is our rabbi. Everything that he is, we are endeavoring to be. And so if prayer was like that in his life, then prayer needs to be like that in ours. Do you have a place of prayer?”

Verse two, he says, and he said to them, when you pray, say this. And he goes on to teach us the short sort of summation of a prayer.”
