“Deuteronomy 6:6-9”

“And here's how to do that. Here's what that looks like. Deuteronomy chapter 6, verse 5 through 9, it says, love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts, and here's what you do with them. You pass them on. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road. When you lie down and when you get up, tie them as symbols”

“So I want to look at first his promise of success. In Deuteronomy chapter 6, if you go back, I read you 4 through 9 earlier. I want to go back up, but before Moses tells them what they should do for the foundation of the family, he first tells them of his promise. And he says, now this is the commandment, the statutes and the rules that the Lord your God commanded me to teach to you, that you may do them in the land in which you are going”
