Change
What our pastors have said about change, drawn from messages preached across our campuses.
In their own words
“Romans chapter 12, verse 14, bless those who persecute you. Bless and do not curse. And I will agree with some of you what you're thinking right now. I'm a pastor. I know what you're thinking right now. This seems so backwards. But if we're going to change the course of our family backwards, sometimes it's exactly what we need. We need to go in a different direction if we're going to change the course of our family and our legacy. I have found in ministry so many people hold on,”
Dan Coleman · Cancel a Curse, Change the Course“she sees something better, she sees something that could be tweaked, altered, and changed in her own life that could bring flourishment in her marriage. And I thought, man, when is the last time, and I'd ask you this question rhetorically this morning, men, when is the last time God has convicted your heart deeply about something that needs to change? I think some of us get in the autopilot plateau mode of Christianity, and we stop pressing forward towards the upward call of Christ in our lives, not Nehemiah. He wasn't content on where he had been or what he had done.”
